Tesla Club Sweden

Hello Members,
I would like to know your experience with the Tesla service center (segeltorp)?
I have booked a service appointment a few weeks back due to squeaky noise coming from my steering wheel. My appointment has been rescheduled twice after booking my time.
The reason they are stating is the unavailability of spare parts.
Has anyone had similar issues with Tesla service appointments?
What happens if there is some major issue and you cannot drive until the issue is fixed what are the options in such cases?

Oh, yeah. Been there, done that.
Rescheduled due to component shortage and sick technician. Also rescheduled from Mobile Service to SC and back to MS and SC again.
